Utah Jazz All-Star center Rudy Gobert recently defeated the coronavirus.

Instead of relaxing and celebrating his good bill of health, the reigning two-time Defensive Player of the Year got back to the grind:

This shouldn't surprise anyone. Rudy Gobert is one of the hardest workers in the NBA. It's why Jazz fans and players love The Stifle Tower.

Before the 2019-20 season was suspended, Gobert was averaging 15.1 points, 13.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 2.0 blocks per contest in 34.5 minutes a night. The 27-year-old was shooting 69.8 percent from the field and 62.1 percent from the free-throw line.

The Jazz were in fourth place in the Western Conference standings prior to the NBA suspending the season. Utah had a record of 41-23. The franchise was on its way to making the playoffs for the fourth consecutive season.

Since making his NBA debut with the Jazz back in 2013, Gobert is averaging 11.7 points, 11.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists. The Jazz big man made his first All-Star team this season, as did shooting guard Donovan Mitchell.

Mitchell recently got over his coronavirus too. It's unknown if Mitchell and Gobert have spoken to each other since this all went down.

There were a few reports which said Mitchell was upset with Gobert since he behaved irresponsibly prior to testing positive.

The Jazz, though, are confident their best players will be fine moving forward. Mitchell and Gobert were close teammates before.
