New Los Angeles Lakers forward Jared Dudley took some time out of his day on Wednesday to show off his newest kicks via Twitter.

He posted a good photo of the sneakers, which are the recently released shoes of Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Dudley made sure to tag the Greek Freak in his post and included the hashtag #greekfreak1. Immediately, the Twitterverse went bananas, claiming that Dudley was already attempting to recruit Antentokounmpo to the Purple and Gold.

Realistically, this is a far fetched idea. Even if Dudley was attempting to lure the reigning NBA MVP to Los Angeles, the dynamic forward really has no reason to want out of Milwaukee.

First of all, Giannis still has two more years left on his contract. Secondly, the Bucks are already one of the best teams in the league. Even though the Greek Freak might be the only true superstar on his team, he led Milwaukee to the best record in the Eastern Conference last year. There is no realistic scenario at the time where we see Giannis playing his home games with the Lakers in STAPLES Center.

In all probability, Jared Dudley was just trying to flex his new shoes to his Twitter followers. Anyone that looks for more meaning in the simple photo is probably going much too far down the rabbit hole.
