It sure looks like Rajon Rondo is fed up with all the losing happening to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Lakers dropped to 30-35 on the season after bowing down to the Denver Nuggets, 115-99, for their fourth straight loss. In the closing seconds of the game, however, Rondo was noticeably sitting far away from the team's bench.

Such act from the veteran point guard raised criticisms about his leadership, especially during difficult times when the team needed his presence and experience to lead the locker room along with LeBron James.

It's also worth noting that Rajon Rondo didn't have the best game among Lakers players. In fact, he was largely inefficient throughout, finishing with four points on 28.6 percent shooting. He did have seven boards and 11 dimes, but he never found his shooting touch and even missed all of his three attempts from downtown.

Sure enough, for someone used to winning as Rondo, the grim reality that his team will likely miss the playoffs might be hard to fathom. The Lakers still have a fighting chance; however, with the proud Purple and Gold losing five of their seven games since the All-Star break, all signs point that it's already a lost cause for them.

The Lakers are currently tied with the Minnesota Timberwolves for 10th place in the Western Conference standings, six-and-a-half games behind the LA Clippers for the final playoff spot.
