In his first game back from an ankle sprain, Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic went right back to work. Against Dejounte Murray of the San Antonio Spurs, the Slovenian sensation unleashed a tip-toe pump fake to shake the guard off. Once free, Doncic knocked down the triple for the Mavs.

Doncic seemingly controlled Murray like a puppet. Since Doncic is a dual-threat in the pick-and-roll, Murray has to be wary of the pass or the step-back 3-pointer.

But in the clip above, Doncic pulled up a different trick from his deep arsenal. The result? A high-arching shot that swishes the net. This is just one of his many highlight plays that have been nothing short of spectacular.

Between the frequent use of step-back jumpers by Doncic to clear space from beyond the arc, it's scary to think about what he can do to defenses by using even more methods to create off the dribble jumpers.

It has been a very impressive season from Luka Doncic. He was averaging 29.3 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 8.9 assists entering the Mavs' matchup with the Spurs and is still only 20-years-old. It's safe to say that he has easily inserted himself into the MVP conversation.
