Terry Rozier and Thon Maker got a little bit of a good news Wednesday as it has been reported that the NBA is retracting the technical fouls called on the Boston Celtics guard and the Milwaukee Bucks big man during Game 2 of the two teams’ first-round series Tuesday, per Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.

The NBA has just announced that it has rescinded the double technical fouls assessed to Celtics' guard Terry Rozier and Bucks' forward Thon Maker. The techs were assessed with 3:30 left in the 4th quarter of Game 2 on Tuesday night.

The two originally got called for technical fouls in the said game when Terry Rozier turned at the Bucks bench after hitting a 3-pointer in front of the Bucks’ bench and started jawing with Thon Maker, who was on the sidelines. The back-and-forth between Rozier and Maker did not seem to be all that fierce in nature, but the two still got assessed with separate technical fouls from referee Marc Davis.

As for the game itself, Rozier finished Game 2 with 23 points, forming a tag team with Jaylen Brown, who had 30 markers in the contest, as the two led the Celtics to a 120-109 win over the Bucks. Maker, on the other hand, spent just a minute on the floor and went 0-for-2 from the field with a solitary rebound.

Rozier and the Celtics are up 2-0 in the series, and they will look to push Milwaukee to the brink of elimination this Friday at the BMO Harris Bradley Center, where Boston is 4-2 in its last six visits there dating back to 2015.

The Bucks, meanwhile, have won three of their last four home games.
