NBA news: Allen Iverson delivers strong message to media member

Former NBA MVP and Hall of Fame point guard Allen Iverson has never held back from speaking his mind.

Iverson had some words for a certain media member during an appearance on Showtime's “All The Smoke” podcast with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson, explaining the apparent disdain between himself and this shadowy media figure.

The NBA icon clarified he was not talking about Skip Bayless, but said there is another talk show personality who hates on him. The feeling is apparently mutual.

"It's one guy, I know you know who I'm talking to. I know you hate me and trust me I don't hate nobody. Yes I do, I hate you… The way you hate me, motherf***er I hate you too."

“The Answer” has been covered by Stephen A. Smith essentially since he first came into the NBA. Smith previously worked for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and the two have had their share of moments throughout the years.

Smith previously credited Iverson as a major reason for his success during his own “All The Smoke” interview, but it bears wondering if there is some animosity between the two stemming from their time in Philly.

Regardless, Allen Iverson seems to have plenty of dislike for this person, particularly considering his statement that he does not “hate” anybody.
