Things finally heated up on the trade talks on Tuesday afternoon involving All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving being moved from the Cleveland Cavaliers to the Boston Celtics

Prior to the deal being agreed upon, Chicago Bulls All-Star guard Dwyane Wade went to social media give his reaction to the chatter.

This is a major move that could change the landscape of the Eastern Conference with Celtics and Cavaliers swapping premier point guards. It may prove to be the missing piece to the puzzle for Boston with their core group with Irving, Gordon Hayward, and Al Horford that could give them the edge to top Cleveland.

Irving has just put together his most productive individual campaign where he averaged a career-high 25.2 points on 47.3 shooting from the field and 40.1 percent from 3-point range along with 5.8 assists per game.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers are adding one of the league's best scorers, who is coming off the heels of his best individual year where he averaged career-highs with 28.9 points on 46.3 percent shooting from the field along with 5.9 assists that helped him earn his second All-Star team selection and first All-NBA Second Team nod. He’s also set to enter the final year of his deal worth $6.3 million.

What makes a more intriguing situation is that there was a report earlier on Tuesday that Wade would sign with the Cavaliers if he is indeed buyout by the Bulls.  Ultimately, this could set the table for bigger things to come.
