NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal is trying, again, to unload his Florida mansion.
According to CNBC, O'Neal has listed the palatial estate for $21.9 million with The Agency Collective. This is the second time that the basketball great has put the property on the market; he initially listed the estate for $28 million back in May.
O'Neal, whose Florida neighbors include N'SYNC member Joey Fatone and golfer Tiger Woods, lives in Windermere. The property sits on 3 acres and is located in the exclusive golf community of Isleworth.
In total, the house boasts an impressive 35,000 square footage. This square footage includes a seventeen-car (!) garage, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a great room and a bar. The master bedroom, alone, is an astounding 900 square feet, and has a balcony.
There's also a four-room master closet with custom shelving and a 6,000-square-foot basketball court.
And, right over the fireplace sits a custom portrait of Shaquille O'Neal with his mother.
Other amenities in this staggering estate include an open-plan kitchen with marble countertops, a private theater, spectacular views of the sea, a grand double staircase, and an “aquarium-style” room with a saltwater triangular fish tank.
Despite the fact that the house is literally steps from the beach, it comes equipped with a 95-foot (!!) swimming pool.
Shaquille O'Neal is looking to unload the place because he moved to Atlanta, according to CNBC.
