They lost a heartbreaking Game 7 to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, but the future seemed bright for the talented squad.

Many pundits predicted the Celtics to cruise to the top seed of the Eastern Conference this season, but the opposite has been true. The team has faced injuries to key players and less output than expected from Hayward and Jaylen Brown.

There is still plenty of time left to pull the team together, and if anyone can do it, Brad Stevens can. It would be a shock if the Celtics don't develop into an elite team as the season goes on.
