Count Damian Lillard in among several others who were impressed by Jayson Tatum's epic performance on Friday to help the Boston Celtics force a Game 7 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Tatum exploded for 46 points in the 105-98 win, ruining the party for Giannis Anteteokounmpo who had 44 points and 20 rebounds. The Celtics superstar also had nine boards and four dimes as he put in an all-around and efficient performance on 17-of-32 shooting.
After watching Tatum on his bag all night, Lillard took to Twitter to express how amazed he is by the Celtics forward.
“That boy Jayson Tatum sumn else. Bra from “parts unknown” lol,” Lillard wrote.

Jayson Tatum is something else indeed. He just seems to love high-pressure situations, which he has shown even in his rookie year when he was going against LeBron James. We can't blame Damian Lillard for thinking he's from “parts unknown.”
Now, the Celtics will be hoping Tatum and the rest of the squad can keep the momentum going in their favor when they head home for the crucial Game 7 in Boston. The Beantown team needs the same performance from their best player or even better if they want to knock out the defending champions, and so the pressure is on him once again to deliver.
As mentioned, though, he thrives in such situations.
