The Boston Celtics got some sort of good news with regards to the condition of their star swingman Jaylen Brown.
Brown has been dealing with a hamstring strain for quite a while now, causing him to miss the Celtics' last eight games. However, ahead of their showdown with the Houston Rockets on Monday, Boston upgraded his status to probable.
The likes of Dennis Schroder and Robert Williams were also listed as probable, though Dennis the Menace did play for the Beantown team in their most-recent outing against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Celtics say Dennis Schroder, Jaylen Brown and Robert Williams are all probable for tomorrow’s game against Houston.

This is certainly good news for head coach Ime Udoka, as his Celtics have been up-and-down so far in the 2021-22 campaign. While they undoubtedly have the talent to compete, they just can't put things together and string wins. They are 9-8 on the season, though they have been able to win their last two games against the struggling Los Angeles Lakers and Thunder.
Jaylen Brown's return should give the Celtics a major boost offensively, especially since he is the team's leading scorer alongside Jayson Tatum. JB averaged 25.6 points in the eight games he has played so far, and while he is not expected to quickly recapture his form, his presence should be enough to keep Boston rolling.
Playing the Rockets should be a good test for Brown and the Celtics since the 1-15 H-Town squad remains the worst team in the NBA as it currently stands. It should be a winnable game for Boston, one which should also give the opportunity to Brown to get back to game action without too much pressure.
