The Golden State Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics in Game 6, becoming the 2022 NBA Finals champions. Everyone cheering for the Celtics at TD Garden that night was undoubtedly disappointed, but nobody was more upset than Jayson Tatum.

The forward led his team through the entire regular season and three full rounds of the playoffs, only to underperform when they needed him most. Tatum only recorded 13 points, three rebounds, and seven assists in Game 6. This marked only his fifth out of 24 postseason games below 20 points.

After the game, the Warriors celebrated, while the home team headed to the locker room. One fan captured Jayson Tatum's immediate reaction to the disappointing loss. Tiktok user @_steveperrault posted the 1.5-minute video of Tatum before he exited the court:

In the video, Tatum walked toward the Celtics logo at half court, where the Warriors were celebrating, and met up with Klay Thompson. The two hugged for a moment before Jaylen Brown caught Thompson's attention.

Tatum then approached other Dubs players like Jordan Poole and Draymond Green, hugging them all. He had a long interaction with Green, the two embracing one another for an extended period of time.

Tatum's last interaction with Green had to have meant a lot for him, especially given the circumstances. After a hard-fought series, his team was defeated at home. Tatum handled the loss with class by congratulating the Warriors as they celebrated on his court, and it couldn't have been easy.
