Much like the rest of us, ESPN's Stephen A Smith had quite an animated reaction to Al Horford throwing the hammer down on Giannis Antetokounmpo during Monday's Game 4 clash between the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks. It sounds like Stephen A enjoyed the action, but what he's taken exception to is the referees slapping Horford with a technical foul for his elbow on Giannis right after the dunk.
In case you haven't seen it, here's a look at the incident in question wherein Giannis hit the deck after getting clocked in the face by the Celtics big man's elbow:

It is worth noting that Horford and Giannis were involved in a bit of a heated moment earlier in the game. Antetokounmpo got T'd up for staring down Horford after a poster dunk, which the Celtics big man took exception to.
If you look at Horford's dunk, there appears to have been some extra motion from the Celtics center after the slam. Did he actually hit Giannis with his left elbow intentionally? Well, Stephen A is having absolutely none of that:

“This is about the dumbest S&@$ I’ve seen in basketball. So Al Horford drives in for a dunk on@Giannis_An34 and comes down with his left arm accidentally on @Giannis_An34face, and THAT’S a technical foul? What the hell has happened to the NBA? That’s as inadvertent as it gets!” Smith said in his tweet.

The most important takeaway here, however, is that it was the Celtics who emerged victorious in this one, and they've now tied this series at 2-2.
