Since entering the league last year, Boston Celtics swingman Jaylen Brown has continued to show improvement in his game. From being aggressive on offense, to how he defends during games, he has not stopped in turning himself to the best version of him as a player.
Brown has been known to also have mad hops and the ability to throw down some vicious dunks. New York Knicks big man Kristaps Porzingis found that out the hard way on Wednesday, as the second-year player posterized him to the delight of the Celtics faithful inside TD Garden.
The highlight reel worthy play happened with 7:22 left in the second quarter. The California product blew past his defender and attacked the basket hard, not minding Porzingis’ shot-blocking skills.

The Celtics are looking to win their second consecutive game after dropping five of their previous six outings. The good news is that they are still on top of the standings in the Eastern Conference with a 36-15 record, but it is important for them to start winning consistently once again as the Toronto Raptors are breathing down their necks and are trying their best to steal the top seed from them.
The Knicks, on the other hand, are playing well of late and will attempt to extend their current winning streak to three games and finish on a high note before the All-Star break. They are now in 10th place in the East but are in the dogfight for one of the last playoff spots as they are only two games back of eighth place.
But with the way things are looking as of this writing, the Celtics area cinch to come out victorious against the Knicks tonight.
