Jaylen Brown is in his eighth NBA season, and this will be his second trip to the NBA Finals. Jaylen Brown limits Luka Doncic to less than 40% FG in at least two games

In the two regular season victories for Boston, Brown was the main man tasked in containing Luka Doncic. He still had an impressive showing against the Celtics, but Brown made him work for a plethora of possessions. The strength and basketball IQ of Doncic is spectacular, thus it makes Brown the best option to try and stay in front of him.
The Mavericks will have a bevy of schemes to force either Kristaps Porzingis or Al Horford defend Doncic in the perimeter, but the Celtics will have counters to limit these kind of situations. Boston is a squad that has the least tendency to blitz ball handlers on pick-and-roll situations, so let's see how they will contain Doncic. Several defensive options will be great for the Celtics, but it will be a high likelihood for Brown to be the main reason for Doncic's down games.

Brown records 5+ assists for at least three games
Jaylen Brown has the reputation of being a ball-dominant individual or for some, he may even be a ball hog. For other NBA pundits, that is one primary reason on why the tandem of Brown and Tatum will not work, but they have proven to excel in their seven seasons together. In both contests against Dallas this year, Brown tallied nine combined assists, so there is an increased likelihood he will average around 3.5-4 APG in the finals.
Even if he is not known as a tremendous playmaker, there will be a myriad of opportunities to dish it off to Derrick White or Jrue Holiday for wide-open corner threes. Moreover, Porzingis will be back and healthy for the finals, which will be a welcome sight for Brown because of the commendable chemistry they have built throughout the season.
Brown scores 30+ points in at least three games
Similar to the assist totals, Brown's scoring production has been excellent against the Mavericks, and there is a legitimate chance that will continue. Their best perimeter defender will be guarding Tatum for the majority of the night, so Brown will get the second or third-best defender on the floor. In the two outings against the Mavericks this year, Brown eclipsed the 25-point plateau.
Elevating that to 30 points in the NBA Finals is a plausible scenario, and the Celtics will need an outstanding series for Brown if they want to win it all. A ton of three-pointers will be attempted in the next series, and that will bring a huge advantage to the offensive firepower of the Celtics.
