While he is not exactly a poster boy for consistency, the Boston Celtics' Jaylen Brown has been one of the few bright spots for the C's, with a pair of 30-plus point games to his name in the series, one of which came on the road where it has been notoriously difficult for either team to steal a win.
Which is why it is surprising (but definitely admirable) for the sophomore swingman to be the one rallying the troops and promising huge games from not only himself but the rest of the team coming into Saturday night's win-or-go-home finale.
When asked about the upcoming Game 7 by ESPN's Chris Forsberg, Brown weighed in on the matter.

This is where playing the right basketball all year long is going to come to a benefit. Game 7, a lot of people haven't experienced it on this team. It's crazy, and I expect nothing short of a tremendous performance from everybody.”
Indeed, this is where home-court advantage plays a huge part. Largely ignored by most teams because it should not matter where the building is as long as you come in prepared and confident, you can gut out a win. This series is a special case with all wins happening on the team's respective home floors.
That said, the Milwaukee Bucks should forget about superstition and fight with their backs against the wall. It's Jaylen Brown and the Celtics job to make sure the trend continues and set up a date for the second round.
