With the start of the new season looming, players have been working hard to get their conditioning back by spending countless hours inside the gym. The same goes for Boston Celtics swingman Jaylen Brown, who's been putting in a lot of work to be in tip-top shape when the games that count start coming in.

The 20-year-old California product was even seen spending time with a fan, playing one-on-one with him. Brown didn't take it easy on his opponent, as he was clearly pulling off moves from his bag of tricks, and showing the young fan why he is geared to have a strong second season in the NBA.

After being selected third overall in last year's draft, Jaylen Brown appeared in 70 regular season, and 17 playoff games for the Celtics. Although he only received 17.2 minutes per game, he was still able to produce decent averages of 6.6 points, on 45.4 percent shooting, and 2.8 rebounds per game.

Even with Gordon Hayward and Jayson Tatum added to Boston's fold this summer, Brown is still expected to play a bigger role this season than what he had last year. If he can showcase the facets of his game he improved on during the offseason, he could turn out to be a future star of the league, and more importantly, help the Celtics in their quest to make the Finals next year.
