Detroit Pistons head coach Dwane Casey is standing behind his center, Andre Drummond, and calling out Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid.
In Tuesday night's game in Detroit, Andre Drummond was ejected in the fourth quarter after picking up his second technical foul for arguing with the refs. Drummond picked up a foul on Joel Embiid, a play Casey believes shouldn't haven't been called a foul because he thinks Embiid blatantly flopped.

The Pistons defeated the Sixers in overtime by a final score of 133-132 to improve to 3-0 on the young season. After being fired by the Toronto Raptors, Detroit hired Casey and the Pistons players have really gravitated toward him.
Pistons All-Star power forward Blake Griffin, who scored a career-high 50 points versus the Sixers, has been quoted as saying Casey has brought new life to the franchise. Casey won Coach of the Year with the Raptors last season, but was let go after Toronto was swept in the second round of the playoffs for the second consecutive season.
