Monday was a tough day for Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond.
Not only did the Pistons lose to the Washington Wizards, but Drummond had nine turnovers, got outplayed by Wizards big man Ian Mahinmi and lost a tooth after getting elbowed in the mouth. He was even treated with sutures for a busted lip.
Drummond was visibly upset walking back to the Pistons locker room and kicked a chair in frustration.

Drummond was treated with sutures for busted lip. Lost a tooth, but he appeared to be in decent spirits after. No concussion worries as of now. #Pistons

Andre Drummond has been the subject of trade rumors over the past few weeks. The Atlanta Hawks and Pistons are no longer talking a Drummond trade with the February trade deadline coming up, but other teams are said to be still interested in the All-Star big man.
The Hawks never offered the Pistons a first-round pick for Drummond since they can sign him in free agency next summer once he declines his 2020-21 player option.

Drummond is expected to decline his player option for next season and enter free agency. However, it remains to be seen if he will still be with the Pistons after the February trade deadline passes.
