Kevin Durant's history with the Golden State Warriors is rather complicated. The now-Brooklyn Nets star has continually debated with fans over his legacy with the Dubs. It hasn't helped that the fanbase has nagged at talked smack at Durant on Twitter.
When the Warriors finally made it back to the Finals, it was inevitable that some of their fans would take potshots at Kevin Durant. One such fan subtly implied that the loss of Durant and the addition of Andrew Wiggins balanced out. Basically, it implied that the Nets star's impact was similar to Wiggins, since the results were the same.
The Warriors replaced Kevin Durant with Andrew Wiggins and still made the finals pretty easily

Of course, this tweet was quickly noticed by Durant (or rather, a fan asked him about his thoughts on the tweet). The Nets star had a rather savage and hilarious response to this tweet, saying that:

I would say that these people have been hurting for way too long, it’s time for #healing.. https://t.co/odagupG3jN

By all accounts, it seems like Durant and most of the Warriors have a good relationship off the court. They had their differences (which eventually led to KD bolting for Brooklyn). However, the championships they won together forged an unbreakable bond between them. The fans, however, seem hell-bent on starting beef with KD.
After two years of languishing at the bottom of the league after Durant's exit, the Warriors made it all the way back to the Finals. Meanwhile, KD's Nets are yet to sniff the Conference Finals in the same timespan. With the front office starting to question their commitment to Kyrie Irving, it's fair to wonder whether Durant eschewed his shot at another ring by leaving the Warriors organization.
