Klay Thompson has officially returned.

Thompson posted a season high 38 points on eight three-pointers in the Golden State Warriors victory over the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night. He was electric throughout the game and had the Warriors faithful on their feet when he was removed in the fourth quarter. This was easily his most impressive performance of the season.

Thompson's special night was vital to Golden State's success in the win. He was a model of efficiency all game long, hitting eight of his 14 three point attempts and 15 of his 24 shots from the field. He also added six rebounds and five assists for good measure. Overall, the all-star shooting guard finished with a plus-minus of plus 27 for the game. There were plenty of people around the league who doubted Thompson this year after all he has endured over the past couple of seasons, but his performance on Saturday night alone proved them wrong.
