The Golden State Warriors will face the Brooklyn Nets on opening night, and head coach Steve Kerr is aware that he'll be facing a super team led by Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
For what it's worth, Kerr is also conscious that once upon a time, he benefitted from having a bunch of superstars at his disposal. With that said, Kerr expressed his belief that karma is catching upon him as they face the Nets.
The Warriors head coach acknowledged how the duo of Durant and Irving can wreak havoc. He also pointed out that it's not just the two stars who are capable of giving them headaches.

Obviously Kevin and Kyrie, but so many of their support players are capable of having huge nights.”
Kerr knows a thing or two about managing a super team. Just a few seasons ago, he had two MVPs in Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant at his fingertips. Not to mention sharpshooting guard Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and a slew of veterans like Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston among others.
With that said, it would be interesting to see if Kerr also knows to counter a team with two generational stars backed up by reliable reserves. On Dec. 22, the whole world will find out.
