Emotions overflowed for Kevin Durant and Draymond Green at one point during the Golden State Warriors' game against the Sacramento Kings on Friday night.
On a transition play, Green took a pass while cutting into the paint and immediately looked to kick it out to Durant in the corner for a 3-pointer. The only problem was Durant was filling the lane toward the basket himself so the ball sailed over his head. It did end up in Steph Curry's hands as he hoisted up a 3 from the corner, but it missed. So it's a little unclear why Durant and Green were so upset.
Neither player was too pleased about the miscommunication and they got into it with each other right under the basket following the sequence.

There's no reason to make too much out of this. Green and Durant have a good relationship and the fact that they can express anger toward each other in this manner is actually a positive.
The Warriors steadily outscored the Kings in each quarter last night rolling to another victory, 119-104. Durant led the way with 33 points and six assists on 12-of-17 shooting from the field. Green had 13 points, six assists and nine rebounds. The Warriors are now 41-11 on the season.
