Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra is not one bit bothered by their blowout loss in Game 4 against the Boston Celtics. After all, he knows very well what his team is capable of.
The Heat struggled offensively during Monday's game, scoring just one point in the first eight minutes of play and never really finding their stride on that end. Miami's starters also just combined for 18 points, with Victor Oladipo outscoring the whole team with 23 points as he came off the bench in the 102-82 loss.
Overall, it was a rather forgettable performance that the Heat would want quickly move on from. Despite the ugly defeat, however, Coach Spo is not making a big deal out of the 20-point margin and reminded everyone that they can do the same to the Celtics.
“We’ve proven it. Whatever they can do to us, we can do it to them,” Spoelstra said, per The Athletic.

While the Heat's poor star and eventual defeat can be concerning, Erik Spoelstra made a valid point in his comments. All games in their series against the Celtics have never been close, with the average biggest lead in all four contests being 28.
The Eastern Conference Finals are tied at 2-2, but they haven't been close at all… 😴

For those worried about the Heat, it should be remembered that they won Games 1 and 3 by 11 and six points, respectively. It is also worth noting that Boston beat Miami by 25 points in Game 2, but Jimmy Butler and co. were able to respond.
As Spoelstra said it, they have already proven that they can bounce back and blow out the Celtics as well. Heat fans just have to believe.
