The Miami Heat are off to a hot start in the Eastern Conference Semifinals after they took down the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks, 115-104, in Game 1 of their best-of-7 series on Monday. Jimmy Butler led the team once again, as he exploded for a game-high 40 points in 36 minutes.

Now, according to Butler, he has gotten a huge boost from Heat legend Dwyane Wade all-playoffs long.

“It's great to have Dwyane Wade in my corner,” Jimmy Butler said, per Ben Golliver of The Washington Post. “He's always in my phone, telling my about the game, what to look for. He's been a huge help. He's the first person who texted me tonight when I got back to the locker room.”

Wade was a three-time champion during his time with the Heat. While already retired, he has kept in touch as a pseudo-mentor for the team — something that has been nothing but great for this year's Miami squad, especially for veterans like Butler.

“I'm learning. I've been learning and I will continue to learn. I just want to win. I can't say it enough,” Butler added.

After defeating reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Bucks, the Heat are now 5-0 in this year's playoffs. Butler has been all over the floor doing just about everything for Miami. In their series sweep against the Pacers, the five-time All-Star averaged 19.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and a playoff-high 2.5 steals.

The Bucks will look to make the necessary adjustments to contain him and the rest of the Heat for Game 2 on Wednesday, but if Butler continues to be locked in, there's nowhere to go but up for the red-hot South Beach franchise.
