The Miami Heat have faced injuries to several key players, namely Tyler Herro and Kyle Lowry, throughout the 2022 NBA playoffs. While Lowry has been able to contribute for most of the Eastern Conference Finals series against the Boston Celtics, Herro has missed the last three games. Fortunately for Miami, their young scoring machine will be returning for Game 7.
The Heat announced that Herro will warm up with the intent to play in the win-or-go-home contest against the Celtics. Head coach Erik Spoelstra said that he passed his test with trainers.

Herro's return is fantastic news for Miami, who now have another high-level scorer and 3-point shooter to deploy against a tough Celtics defense. He is averaging 13.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists in this year's postseason. Although those numbers are a far cry from what he posted in the regular season, the Heat will have more balance in their lineup with him back in the rotation.
The Heat got a marvelous performance from Jimmy Butler in Game 6. He scored 47 points to help lead them to victory and will need more help from his teammates to keep the offensive going, especially in the halfcourt. Herro, who was previously listed as questionable in Game 7, is just the man for the job.
With a trip back to the NBA Finals on the line, the Heat will be playing after a grueling run through the NBA playoffs. While Butler leads the way, it's up to Herro and the rest of Miami's roster to step up.
