Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone knows the reason why the Boston Celtics were able to gel quickly than what many anticipated.
Speaking to reporters ahead of the Nuggets' Friday showdown with the Celtics, Malone had a rather amusing — albeit valid — response on Boston's quick start to the season. The 48-year-old coach pointed to the Team USA experience of the Cs' key members for their solid chemistry right from the start.

To recall, Kemba Walker, Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown all played for Team USA this past summer. Although they have lost two of their last three heading to Friday's contest, they remain a top two team in the Eastern Conference with an 11-3 record.

Smart, on the other hand, averages a team-high 5.1 assists per game, while Brown is in the top six of the team in points, rebounds, assists and steals.
