The Los Angeles Lakers' 90-83 grind-it-out win over the Utah Jazz was their eighth victory over the last 10 games. Throughout their resurgence, one thing that has helped their cause, aside from LeBron James' constant contributions, has been the elevated play of Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram.

The two Lakers youngsters' aggressiveness manifested against the Jazz, enough to support James' 22-point night to come away with their 11th win on the young season. After the game, LeBron James heaped praises toward his two teammates, per ClutchPoints' Ryan Ward.

“In order for us to be the best team we can be, they always have to be aggressive and they did that again tonight.”

Brandon Ingram top-scored for the Lakers with 24 points on 8-of-14 shooting. Meanwhile, Lonzo Ball scored only nine points but he crashed the boards relentlessly to end up with 10 rebounds.

Since Rajon Rondo was forced to sit out games due to a hand injury, Ball has been given more playmaking responsibilities. Despite his numbers not jumping out the window, his defensive presence and knack in keeping the rock moving have paid dividends for the Lakers.

Ingram, on the other hand, continues to find consistency but his minutes remain aplenty, showing just how much coach Luke Walton trusts the lanky yet talented forward.
