Two of the greatest head coaches in football history — Bill Belichick and Nick Saban — received some of the best advice of their careers from former Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant.
In a March 2019 interview from NFL Films, the two coaches spoke on the time that Bryant came and spoke to their respective teams.

For Belichick and the New England Patriots, Bryant spoke on how he had to change his game as he aged and how he was still able to be effective later in his career, just in a different way. For a team filled with veteran players, Bryant's message hit home for Belichick and his team.
When visiting Saban and the University of Alabama, Bryant spoke on the selflessness of hard work, determination and how that hard work often goes unnoticed in the media using his 60-point final game as evidence.
