The match on Wednesday between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder was not just any ordinary regular season game, as it marked Paul George's first return to Bankers Life Fieldhouse wearing a visiting team’s jersey.
As expected the Thunder's All-Star forward was greeted with a lot boos by the home fans, which started when he made his way to the floor, and everytime George touched the ball, or was even within the vicinity of it.

Paul George did not have one of his best games, as he only finished with 12 points, two rebounds, and five assists, but he sealed the Thunder’s victory with two clutch free throws. His team is now closing in to return to .500 with a 13-14 win-loss record. With that, George was able to vindicate himself, and also had the last laugh on the night against his former Pacers team.
