Since making his debut for the Philadelphia 76ers last season, Joel Embiid has shown that he is one of the most hilarious figures in all of social media. He has his unorthodox ways and tells stories in a very animated and funny manner, including his recent pregame routine on Sunday

Before their game against the Washington Wizards, the Cameroonian international center was seen having his foot massaged by one of the team's trainers. Nothing unusual there — except that Embiid was also munching on a burger. Yum!

Even the commentators had a few laughs while discussing what they saw from the seven-foot center. It's truly an odd moment to witness, as usually, players tend to stretch or listen to music to get them pumped up for the game on hand. However, it may be hard to fault Embiid for trying to get a quick bite, as it is hard to play on an empty stomach, especially with how physically-demanding games are.

The burger and massage may also not have done Joel Embiid and the Sixers well, as they lost to the Wizards, 109-94.

The loss snapped their seven-game winning streak, and despite Embiid's solid game of 25 points and 10 rebounds, he was only one of four players from their team to finish in double-figures in scoring. Embiid shot 45 percent from the field, recording a 9-of-20 clip on the night.

While some say that hamburger is the cornerstone of every American breakfast, there are likely other better (and healthier) options than that calorie-packed snack. That said, a man has got to eat, and if eating a burger would mean a production of 25 points, 10 rebounds a game for Embiid, then who's to say that it's bad for him?

The Sixers will have a chance to get back to their winning ways on Tuesday against the Miami Heat, and it will be interesting to see if Embiid will stick to his pregame routine on Sunday.
