Russell Westbrook is one of the most complete players in the NBA and he seems to be able to do it all on the basketball court.

He needed 16 rebounds in his last game of the regular season against the Memphis Grizzlies to lock up his second straight season averaging a triple-double. He finished the regular season averaging 25.4 points, 10.3 assists and 10.1 rebounds per game.

He was also the first player to lead the league in scoring one year, and assists the next.

His scoring did take a dip with Carmelo Anthony and Paul George coming in, but he seemed to be more about getting everyone involved this year.

Westbrook led the NBA in assists this year, and there wasn't anyone really close to him. LeBron James was second in the league in assists coming in with 9.1 assists per game.

Even though Westbrook had such an impressive season, the chances of him repeating for the MVP are quite low. James Harden led the league averaging over 30 points per game, and the way he has boosted up the Rockets this year is quite impressive.

For Westbrook though that isn't where his focus is, his focus is on the Thunder's first-round series with the Utah Jazz.

The Thunder were able to get home court in the first round, but they are going to have their hands full against Donovan Mitchell and the Jazz. Westbrook is going to have to have a big series and really elevate the play of the others around him.
