The Raptors can offer Leonard the most money in free agency and a fifth year on his deal. The two-time Finals MVP is said to be seriously considering returning to the Raptors, who managed his health during the regular season very well. After everything that happened with Kawhi with the San Antonio Spurs during the 2017-18 season, the three-time All-Star and two-time Defensive Player of the Year appreciated how Toronto took care of him.

Leonard averaged 26.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists this past season for the Raptors. He shot 49.6 percent from the field, 37.1 percent from beyond the arc and 85.4 percent from the free-throw line. As all superstars do, Kawhi took his game to another level in the postseason. He put up 30.5 points, 9.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game, leading Toronto to its first-ever NBA championship.

The Raptors already showed Leonard they can build a championship team around him. All eyes are going to be on Leonard. With Kevin Durant hurt, Kawhi's decision could shake up the NBA landscape.
