Utah Jazz superstar Rudy Gobert just tried to sell one of the most embarrassing flops in NBA Playoffs history on their Game 1 loss against the Memphis Grizzles. And the funny thing is, Gobert wasn't even playing anymore after fouling out halfway through the final quarter.
Watch Gobert's Oscar-worthy performance on the sidelines after getting tangled up with Grizzlies forward Kyle Anderson here (via Bleacher Report):

The play occurred late in the fourth when the Jazz were trying to surge back in the game. With Utah down by seven with over a minute left to play, Derrick Favors converted a crucial and-one play against Anderson to cut Memphis' lead to just five, with a bonus free throw on hand.
With Gobert already fouled out at that point, the big man was deduced to being a mere cheerleader from the bench and walked towards Anderson to let him know he was hyped about his teammate's clutch bucket. Obviously, Anderson wasn't having any of it and nudged Gobert away. This was when the Director called ‘action' and Gobert poured his emotions out in one major flop.
The Frenchman even made sure to stare down one of the officials while falling down just to make sure he saw his acting job. Come on, Rudy Gobert.
Obviously, nothing was called on either Anderson on Gobert and Favors went on to knock down his bonus free throw. Unfortunately for the Jazz, the Grizzlies held on to claim a huge upset in the first game of their seven-game series to grab a monumental 1-0 lead over the top-seeded Jazz.
