The Golden State Warriors have been hit with the injury bug over the last couple of weeks with a couple of key players out of the mix.

This has featured All-Star forward Draymond Green dealing with a bothersome shoulder injury that has forced him to miss the last four straight games, including five of the last six overall. According to Mark Medina of The Mercury News, Green is still questionable for Friday's contest against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Although Green is still dealing with the shoulder injury, he had begun to shoot on Wednesday for the first time in two weeks. His last appearance was on Dec. 8 against the Detroit Pistons where he scored just two points on 1-of-6 shooting from the field and o-for-5 from beyond the arc.

There hasn't been a set timetable for Green's return to the court with head coach Steve Kerr not necessarily pushing hard to get him back in the fold. In his absence, rookie Jordan Bell has been getting the call in the starting lineup over the last couple of weeks.

Golden State has taken a similar approach with Green's situation to how they are handling Stephen Curry's ankle injury. That said, the Warriors haven't skipped a beat winning 10 straight games pushing them to the second-best record in the league behind the Houston Rockets.
