Saint Peter's is officially this year's Cinderella team in March Madness, already advancing all the way to the Sweet Sixteen as a #15 seed. A big reason for their success is guard Doug Edert, scoring 23 points through the first two round and erupting for 20 points in a massive upset of Kentucky in the Round of 64.

Following his impressive showing and ahead of a showdown with Purdue, Edert has landed a saucy new NIL deal with none other than Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes, you heard that right.

Via Front Office Sports:

I gotta say, that's epic. Unlimited wings at any time? That could be better than being sponsored by say, Nike or Adidas. March Madness wouldn't be the same this year without Edert and this Saint Peter's group, who have now won nine games in a row.

The Peacocks are preparing for their Sweet Sixteen matchup with the Boilermakers, who won't scare them. After all, Saint Peters took out the Wildcats of Kentucky, a #2 seed in March Madness.

Edert may not be an NBA prospect, but he is one of the feel-good stories of the NCAA Tournament. The free gear from big-name companies isn't exactly rolling in, but he's rich in one way: Chicken!
