Colorado football head coach Deion Sanders has issued a stern message ahead of his team's showdown with Nebraska Football on Saturday. Sanders was hired to coach the Buffaloes this offseason after ditching Jackson State, and his Colorado team got off to an impressive start this season, knocking off the TCU Horned Frogs to get things started last week.

Before the Nebraska game, Sanders spoke to his team at their home stadium of Folsom Field.

“This is our house, man,” said Sanders, per Huskers Talk. “Look around. Ain't nobody whooping us at the crib. I don't know what kind of man would let somebody come in his house and whoop him. I don't know where y'all come from, but where I come from, ain't nobody coming in your house… in your street… to your block… to your crib that's going to whoop you.”

Sanders' heavy reliance on cliches may not strike fear in the hearts of Nebraska football fans, but his team's roster sure will. Colorado is led by Sanders' son Shedeur, who plays quarterback, and star receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter.

The pair were absolutely dynamic in Colorado's shocking win over TCU, who appeared in the College Football National Championship Game a year ago.

As for Nebraska football, the Cornhuskers got off to a disappointing start, losing to Minnesota on a last-second field goal in Week One. Still, Nebraska will have a chance to put that frustration behind them and come up with a huge road victory over Deion Sanders and company on Saturday.
