The Brooklyn Nets are having fun at the expense of the New York Knicks on Tuesday following the events which transpired on Monday at Madison Square Garden involving Spike Lee and Garden security.

Lee was told he was using the wrong entrance for Monday's game against the Houston Rockets. The director and die-hard Knicks fan has been using the same entrance for over 20 years, so he was confused why there was an issue.

Lee went on ESPN's First Take on Tuesday and said he believes Knicks owner James Dolan has it out for him. The 62-year-old also said he wasn't shaking hands with Dolan on Monday, which prompted the Nets' Twitter account to poke fun at the Knicks:

The Nets have been running New York for a few years now since the Knicks have been a walking disaster. Superstars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving signed with the Nets in free agency this past summer and didn't even take free-agent meetings with the Knicks.

The Knicks are hoping former NBA agent Leon Rose can turn the franchise around. New York officially hired Rose on Monday, but the Lee incident took over national headlines.

The Nets are 26-33 on the season and sitting in the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference standings. The Knicks, meanwhile, are 19-42. They will once again miss the playoffs.
