Brooklyn Nets star James Harden went viral recently, not for a highlight play that shows his scoring prowess but for a smoothie… Yes, you read that right.
In the final game of the regular season against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday, Harden was ruled out for what the team called “Right Hamstring-Injury Management.” Basically, the Nets opted to rest him instead of risking his injury that recently healed.
With a sudden time on his hand, Harden decided to watch the game from the sidelines while drinking a smoothie. The photo quickly trended online, especially since it showed how unbothered Harden is at the end of the season. Of course, a lot of people asked the flavor of the smoothie!
Sure enough, when asked about the said viral photo, Harden couldn't help but laugh at it. The Nets star also professed his love for smoothies in a rather lighthearted moment with the press.
“I love smoothies! Those shakes are elite, man. You got your small ones, you got big ones. I had to go big for a game,” Harden said, per Kristian Winfield of New York Daily News.

Unfortunately, for those who wants to know, James Harden has forgotten about the flavor of his shake. He mentioned that he just asked the Nets' chefs to make one for him and he absolutely liked it.
Hopefully an investigation follows up about the smoothie. After all, it may be the secret stuff the Nets need to catapult themselves to the NBA title.
