After Jarrett Allen posterized Utah Jazz big man Rudy Gobert twice—on defense and offense—the Brooklyn Nets center couldn't help but giggle.

Allen was clearly pleased with himself while the replay of him embarrassing Gobert played on the big screen.

In the Nets' dominant 130-96 win over the Jazz, Allen pounced on Gobert twice. The first highlight came in the second quarter. Allen was involved in a two-man play with Kyrie Irving. Irving made the perfect behind-the-back bounce pass to Allen, who completed the play by slamming one down on Gobert's head.

The second one came in the third quarter. Gobert did an excellent job sealing Allen under the basket. It would've been an easy dunk on any given day. But on Tuesday night, Allen didn't want Gobert and the Jazz to get into a rhythm.

Allen finished with 19 points, 18 rebounds, three steals, and two blocks. Gobert, on the other hand, only had 10 points but he did grab 11 boards.

Allen has been playing solid off the bench for the Nets this season. New coach Steve Nash already said that Allen has no issues playing behind DeAndre Jordan. Allen is averaging 9.6 points and career-highs of 10.7 rebounds and 1.7 blocks.

As for Gobert, all eyes are on him after he inked a massive five-year, $205 million contract extension with the Jazz in the offseason. Some believe that the two-time Defensive Player of the Year deserves the amount, while others raised their eyebrows.

Jarrett Allen's owning of Rudy Gobert will surely fire up Shaquille O'Neal, who has been lambasting Gobert as of late.
