Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant's business partner, Rich Kleiman, says he has no idea when the two-time Finals MVP is going to play again.

Durant is still recovering from a torn Achilles tendon.

Kleiman also says Durant didn't sign with the Nets over the New York Knicks because of his reluctance to play for Knicks owner James Dolan:

Kevin Durant told Toronto Raptors big man Serge Ibaka on his cooking show that he picked the Nets over the Knicks in free agency because Brooklyn was “farther along in the process of being a contender.” The Nets made the playoffs last season and have a good core and infrastructure. The Knicks, meanwhile, had the worst record in the NBA in 2018-19 and have been a walking disaster under Dolan for years.

Durant, Kyrie Irving and DeAndre Jordan each signed four-year deals with the Nets. The three All-Stars are very close friends.

A 10-time All-Star and two-time Finals MVP, Durant has career averages of 27.0 points, 7.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists in 849 games. The former MVP is one of the best scorers of all time and Nets fans can’t wait to see Durant on the floor at the Barclays Center, competing with Irving and Jordan by his side.
