The Brooklyn Nets came up short in their quest to win an NBA title last season when they lost in seven games of the Eastern Conference Semifinals to the eventual champion Milwaukee Bucks.

Brooklyn was going at it shorthanded for much of the playoffs as James Harden and Kyrie Irving both missed time and games at different junctures for the Nets.

Looking back on it now, former Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie has no doubt what would've happened had they stayed healthy.

It's true that the trio of Durant, Irving and Harden is as good as it gets in the NBA. If all three had stayed healthy and not missed playoff games, it's hard to imagine who could've taken them out in a best-of-seven series. That isn't to discredit what Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks did in winning it all. It's more of a cap tip to how overwhelming the big three is for the Nets when all three are available and playing.

The goal for this upcoming year for the Nets is simple: it's another championship or bust season. Expectations are high but they are going to be when you have three of the best 10 or 15 players in the world all under the same roof.

While Dinwiddie is off playing for the Washington Wizards now, there's no doubt he and some other Nets players or now former Nets players have wondered what could've been if Brooklyn had just been able to stay healthy.
