Brooklyn Nets superstar Kyrie Irving continues to remain mum on why he opted not to play against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday. Judging by his head coach Steve Nash's latest comments about the whole fiasco looks like the star-studded group still needs to work on communicating better with one another.

Per USA Today's Michael Scotto, Nash opted not to divulge Kyrie's reasoning for his sudden absence and just decided to move on from the whole debacle.

Shortly after the Nets star was mysteriously scratched off the team's line-up against Philly, reports surfaced that the six-time All-Star was actually healthy and simply did not want to play. Steve Nash supported Irving despite initially being in the dark of his absence. Nets guard Caris LeVert, meanwhile, claimed Irving texted his teammates about his decision.

Luckily for Brooklyn, they still defeated the red-hot Sixers despite missing Irving and fellow superstar Kevin Durant. KD is expected to return against the Memphis Grizzlies, while Irving will miss his second straight game after not making the trip with the team. The one-time NBA champion simply claimed that he is out due to personal reasons.

The Nets, meanwhile, currently hold a 5-4 slate, as the team is still getting used to playing with one another. No doubt the Nash-coached team is far more dangerous with Irving in the line-up. Uncle Drew is averaging 27.1 points on 50.4 percent shooting from the field and 42.6 from distance, along with 5.3 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 1.6 steals in seven games so far.

It remains unclear how long Irving will be out. In the meantime, Steve Nash has to find a way to steer the Nets' offense with his playmaker on the sidelines.
