Just two days after Colin Kaepernick held a workout for the first time in three years, the teams who were in attendance were released. According to Adam Schefter, the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers highlight the seven teams that attended Kaepernick's workout.

Besides the Chiefs and 49ers, the Detroit Lions, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Tennessee Titans, and the Washington Redskins also showed up. There's no doubt that all of the teams listed could use him on their roster.

Of course, Colin Kaepernick would become a backup if he signed with the Chiefs, 49ers, Eagles, Jets, Titans, and the Lions. As for the Redskins, there's a chance that the free-agent quarterback could start with the current state of the position in Washington.

Currently, the Redskins have already decided that rookie Dwayne Haskins will start for the rest of the season. But on Sunday, it doesn't appear that Haskins has the support from his own teammates yet.

Even though there are teams who could use Kaepernick, it's hard to imagine any of those teams decide to sign him. On Saturday, Kaepernick proved that he is still in remarkable shape and can still throw it deep with accuracy.

But if a team hasn't shown any interest in three years, what makes anyone think this time will be different? Nevertheless, it would be exciting to see Kaepernick play behind Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City.

At the same time, it would be interesting to see Kaepernick rejoin the 49ers and be utilized in Kyle Shanahan's offense. Kaepernick spent his entire six years in the NFL in San Francisco.
