Hopefully your eyeballs can take yet another awful performance, because the Buffalo Bills are going to be starting Nathan Peterman at quarterback on Sunday.

For whatever it is worth, Buffalo is playing a wretched Indianapolis Colts team. Knowing what we know about Nathan Peterman — that his only other start consisted of eleventy-billion interceptions — expectations should probably be set at an all-time low.

Even with that being the case, the Colts aren't actually any good. Maybe Peterman can play well against an inept squad.

However, that awful performance was just his debut. Maybe the young gunslinger can improve upon his five interception game from a month back. Then again, maybe that improvement is in the wrong area, and he actually hurls even more balls to the other team.

I kid.

Tyrod Taylor, who has a knee injury, could still be in the lineup for the Bills on Sunday, but only in a backup role. It remains a bit cloudy at the time of this writing, as reports are stating he could dress, but there's nothing definitive out there.

Peterman completed six of his 15 pass attempts last Sunday in emergency relief duty for Taylor. He only tossed it around for 50 yards.

The 6-6 Bills host the 3-9 Colts on Sunday.
