Cleveland Browns defensive end Chad Thomas isn't making fans with how he is conducting himself with the fans. According to Pro Football Talk, a fan was telling Thomas that he needed to hustle and he didn't take it too well, deciding to flip off the fan.
After practice. coach Freddie Kitchens addressed the situation and called it a great learning experience for Thomas. Some coaches might be furious with their player, but at least to the media, Kitchens seems okay that the situation happened as long as Thomas learns from it.

I want those guys to play with passion, but he is also a young guy so he has to understand and develop a sense of when to move on. I think he will learn. That is a great learning experience for Chad. Chad is going to be a good football player. He is doing well, but he is a young guy, and our young guys we need to keep bringing along and showing them the way.”
Kitchens did say that the team will deal with it internally and had no interest in discussing what his punishment would be with the media. Kitchens will no doubt deal with the situation and they can move on and focus on this season.
The expectations are high for the Browns to have a lot of success and Thomas is going to play a role if the team is going to reach those expectations.
