Tom Brady is already making himself at home in Tamp Bay, so much so that he mistakenly broke into a stranger's house, thinking it belonged to Bucs offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich.

However, Brady is not alone in the “elite quarterbacks exposed for breaking and entering” group. Kansas City Chiefs star signal-caller Patrick Mahomes admitted he has done the exact same thing after hearing news of Brady's gaffe.

Brady and Mahomes rarely miss their intended targets on the gridiron, but the same apparently cannot be said during visitation hours with their coaches.

While Brady is still getting used to his new digs in Tampa, Mahomes is feeling quite comfortable in Kansas City.

Mahomes followed a spectacular 2018 MVP campaign by leading the Chiefs to the Super Bowl in 2019, capturing the Lombardi Trophy and winning Super Bowl MVP in the process.

The Chiefs will almost certainly do everything in their power to keep Mahomes around for the long haul. They can choose to accept his fifth-year option for the 2021 season, but the plan is to eventually agree on an extension.

Mahomes said in March he was “optimistic” about a potential extension, whenever it might come.

For now, the Chiefs are hoping history does not repeat itself in terms of Mahomes' former clumsiness.

Kansas City made a concerted effort to keep nearly all of their core intact from the 2019 campaign; it will have 20 of 22 starters from Super Bowl 54 back for 2020.

Of course, the focal point is always going to be Mahomes, who continues to set the league ablaze with dazzling performances.
