Winning seems to cure everything, and a win might just be what the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ben Roethlisberger needed on Monday night to turn their season around. There has been a lot of talk about the Steelers' locker room and how it's falling apart, but Big Ben says that's not exactly the case.

Roethlisberger admits the Steelers do have drama like every other team, but he says a lot of the talk was just noise from the outside.

“The biggest issue was outside the locker room, people perceiving different things,” Roethlisberger said vai ESPN. “Not saying we don't have issues — all teams have issues, different things going on — but I think it was a little bigger than it really is.”

There has been a lot of talk on the outside about the Le'Veon Bell saga and Antonio Brown having a sideline blowup, and it appeared the Steelers might be falling apart.

Big Ben said all week he was going to set the tone for the team on Monday night, and that is exactly what he did against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Roethlisberger threw for 353 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception.  He had a passer rating of 120.7, which was the best he has had all season. He was on with his receivers, something that seemed to be missing the first couple of weeks.

James Conner has done a good job trying to fill the shoes for Bell. Although he only rushed for 61 yards against the Bucs, he had a few key runs down the stretch that helped seal the deal. Meanwhile, both Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster had big games as receivers.
