As Jon Gruden begins his second stint with the Oakland Raiders, the team has gone through some drastic changes both on the coaching staff and on the field. Some of the changes on the field may be at the wide receiver position with Michael Crabtree potentially on his way out and a familiar face could be his replacement.
Apparently, former Raider Terrelle Pryor, who made the transition to receiver after leaving the team, is an option for Oakland. The Raiders may not be the clear favorite to sign him, but they're definitely in the running, via Silver and Black Pride.

After a failed attempt to make it as a quarterback in the NFL, Pryor tried his luck by moving to wide receiver and had better than expected results. The 28-year-old racked up 1,007 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 77 receptions during the 2016 NFL season with the Cleveland Browns and put the league on notice that he was a force to be reckoned with downfield.
Following his breakout season as a wideout in 2016, Pryor signed with the Washington Redskins and was expected to become one of Kirk Cousins' favorite targets in the offense. Unfortunately, Pryor played in only nine games due to injury and possibly falling out of favor with the coaching staff. He finished with 20 catches for 240 yards and a touchdown.
With the Raiders brass determined to build around franchise quarterback Derek Carr, Gruden and company will certainly be looking to bolster the receiving corps with Pryor being an option they might explore.
