After defeating the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday, Denver Nuggets head coach Michael Malone told local reporters that shooting guard Gary Harris and power forward Paul Millsap are ready to reclaim their starting spots.

Both Gary Harris and Paul Millsap have been coming off the bench recently, as each player has been making their way back from separate injuries. Harris is back from a hip ailment, while Millsap has recovered from a broken toe.

The Nuggets defeated the Hornets on Saturday by a final score of 123-110. Denver is now 26-11 on the season and 16-3 at home.

Gary Harris finished with 17 points, six rebounds, and five assists in 26 minutes while shooting 7-of-15 from the floor and 3-of-8 from beyond the arc. Paul Millsap scored 18 points, grabbed six rebounds, and had four steals as well. The All-Star big man shot 7-of-14 from the field and 1-of-3 from the 3-point line.

The Nuggets' starting lineup will now go back to Jamal Murray, Harris, Torrey Craig, Millsap, and Nikola Jokic. Denver's next game is on Monday against James Harden and the red-hot Houston Rockets.

The Nuggets have the best record in the Western Conference right now, and the scary part is that they are only getting healthier. Harris and Millsap are back and small forward Will Barton should be available to play soon as well. Barton is recovering from hip surgery.
